Felted soap is amazing! The wool makes the soap much less slippery and last a lot longer than normal soap. It may take a little longer to lather up than just plain soap but as you continue to use it you will find the wool shrinks against the soap leaving you with an exfoliating pad when the soap has all gone. Use it like a built-in wash cloth that is excellent at cleaning grubby hands in particular. Perfect for just hand washing or in the bath or shower.

All soaps are handmade by local soap maker Erica and are felted by my daughter on our farm in Kansas using our own Merino wool.
Return and Refund Policy

At Oakley Acres Farms, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer the following Return and Refund Policy to assist you in returning or exchanging items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return if they are in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to: personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, and digital downloads.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at oakleyacresfarms@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

You will be provided with a return authorization number (RMA) and the return address.

Please securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return the item using a tracked shipping service. We recommend purchasing insurance for your shipment, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note:

Refunds will be issued for the price of the product(s) only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 3 additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement item, depending on your preference. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product to help expedite the process.

5. Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you are eligible for a refund, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

6. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed and shipped.

Where will it ship from?

All orders ship form our farm in Valley Center, Kansas.

When will my order ship?

We process and fulfill all orders within 24 hours after the order is placed, except on weekends and major holidays during which fulfillment can take up to 2-3 business days. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, depending on package dimensions. Most orders should arrive within 3–5 business days, but track your package for a more accurate timeline.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

After your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours - up to 72 during the Holiday season - after receiving the email for the tracking information to populate on the USPS or UPS website. If you don't see any email after placing your order, please make sure to double check your spam folder and whitelist oakleyacresfarms@gmail.com.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We accept no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. Our responsibility towards the fulfillment process ends once the package is in the carrier's hands - as shown by the tracking history. We are not responsible for any carrier's delays or longer than expected transit times. We are in no way responsible for claims of packages not received if the carrier's tracking history shows the package as delivered. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.
